How do I share my screen through TeamViewer?

You will learn how to use TeamViewer from your computer to allow others to see your screen.

1. Start up HSU-Remote-Support from your desktop.

Note: You must give your approval before a remote control session can be initiated. Support staff are unable to remotely view or control your screens without your permission. During the Remote Support session, you will see a small window onscreen with the technician's name and phone extension. The 'X' allows you to terminate the Remote Support session at any time.

2. The ID is unique to your computer, but the password is randomly generated each time. Provide your ID and Password to the HSU technician currently assisting you. They will be able to see your screen and have temporary control in order to help with any problems you might have.

3. A small blue window will appear at the bottom right, giving information about who's connected, allowing you to end the session at any time by exiting out of it.

4. When your session is finished, close the Remote Support application.
